Information systems and resources as factors for social and economic development of a region

The analysis of implementation and application of information systems and resources aimed at the optimisation of interrelation of the state power bodies and local self-government bodies of the Republic of Mordovia with the population, increase in quality of services rendered to the population is made in the article. In the opinion of the authors, implementation and application of these system and resources are the accelerators of social and economic development of the republic.
