Information technology as a basis for the development of modern educational environment

The article deals with the humanistic aspects of information technology in the educational process are, firstly, to increase the availability of the required knowledge by connecting to a variety of media channels and, secondly, in the internationalization of education, formation of the electronic educational environment that has no nation-state boundaries. The trends of interaction in the system «teacher-student» from training and information to training and consulting are grounded.
