This article is devoted to the questions of increasing of the results of the designing high-frequency and ultra high-frequency telecommunication devices based on the introduction of modern information technologies of planning. This work contains the data about the system of the automated designing of the telecommunication devices «Telecom-MWO» created on the basis of the instrumental environment of AWR MWO. The nonlinear models of the bipolar plane transistor BJT and hetero-transistors HBT are presented, which presently widely use at the development of telecommunication devices. This work contains the data about the perspectives of development of technology of production of the bipolar transistors.
