In this article it is noted that innovative development of branch of ICT is caused by efficiency of functioning of economic entities of which asymmetry of information streams is characteristic. In work types of information business, his function, types of innovations in the sphere of ICT are considered. Authors emphasize that improvement of a sustainable development of the companies in the conditions of expanded reproduction of their activity is caused by use of cognitive technologies in development and realization of innovative solutions.
