Information technologies of reinzhiniring in the strategy of modernization of manufacturing cargo vehicles

General questions of the use of information technologies in the implementation of the reengineering project for the modernization of the production of trucks are considered. A structural scheme for using reengineering in the strategy for modernizing the production of KAMAZ trucks is proposed. The main subsystems of business process automation within the framework of the reengineering project are analyzed. The tools for creating a single information system for such a project are proposed.
