Information technology in talent management is essential for the implementation of a personnel strategy related to reducing losses from the loss of highly qualified employees. The study identified the functions of HCM systems that automate talent management processes. A comparative description of the programs in demand on the Russian market in terms of the composition of HR processes is given.
