Information wars as special conditions for the implementation of state information policy

Бесплатный доступ

The study of communicative technologies of conflict formation, participation and resolution as part of the special conditions of state functioning seems relevant. In today's globalized world, political goals between opposing states are often achieved through information wars. The interaction between media and power in these special conditions requires the use of other modes and channels of communication and a new state information policy. The need to protect the information system at the state level is evident not only in the technical aspect, but also in the equally important socio-communicative aspect. Thus, the main task of state information policy in a situation of information wars is to protect society from information attacks.
