Information mechanism of formation of social assistance practices

This article describes the experience of content analysis of publications covering the topic of social assistance practices in the newspapers of the two regions. The content analysis allows determining the frequency of information messages in a specific publication. The author discusses the formation of social assistance practices based on the information mechanism.
