Infrastructure and education as necessary conditions for sustainable development of small and medium business

Article is devoted to studying of small and medium businesses dependence on development of the infrastructure conditions and the state of educational training of entrepreneurs - owners-managers. According to the authors there are several destabilizing factors conclude to slow growth of business and short period of their functioning. These factors include the lack of necessary infrastructure and targeted training of entrepreneurs-business owners in the public education system for startups. Separately, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of training business technologists who perform the functions of supporting entrepreneurship at the appropriate modern level. Business owners miss the main thing despite of the education and experience of the majority of start-up entrepreneurs. It’s an ability to conduct business projects what they won’t get in any educational institution of Russia. In other words, the development of system strategic business thinking. This article suggests ways to solve these problems: the rapid formation of an accessible infrastructure for small and medium-sized businesses and reliable training of business owners. Without this, the life of small businesses will naturally be short. The results of the study expand knowledge about the methodological and practical potential of entrepreneurial and business activities.
