The article argues for the need to implement a customer orientation policy in supply chains. The analysis of approaches to ensuring customer-oriented supply chains based on logistics service infrastructure is carried out. The peculiarities of logistics service depending on its provision on the basis of the enterprise's own infrastructure and public specialized infrastructure are substantiated. The specifics of the transformation of logistics expectations of consumers in relation to the execution of orders for the supply of goods are specified.
