Infrastructure: search for new sources of development

Against the background of the global financial crisis the problems of infrastructure development are especially relevant. The leading countries are looking for new approaches and alternative sources of finance to bridge the investment gap. The article describes the experience of UK in this area. Particular attention is paid to the description of China's concept of revival of the Silk Road, after the successful implementation of which there will be an extensive infrastructure network, connecting two continents - Asia and Europe.
