The article examines the strategic guidelines for the development of agriculture in the new economic conditions. The work is aimed at substantiating the feasibility of creating infrastructure interaction of economic entities. It proves that the modern strategy of agriculture development should take into account the potential of multistructurality of regional economies. The potential of multistructurality is a rational combination of resource, infrastructure and other capabilities of separate structures that ensures quality growth and agriculture modernization. The evaluation of farms' resources upgrade leads to the conclusion that today they can not be a basis for the innovative development of agriculture. The growth of volumes of farm products production tends to decline. Agriculture is not attractive for highly skilled workers and innovative active population. The farms have low investment attractiveness and low profitability. Large processing enterprises are not interested in developing cooperation with farmers, so they are not able to meet the growing demand for food. The development of integration cooperation between farms and large processing enterprises requires the creation of logistic centers-stores, which will provide the efficient flows of agricultural products from producers to processors and retailers. The formation of such infrastructure will reduce institutional barriers to the diffusion of innovation and create conditions for the balanced development of modernization processes in the region.
