Infractructural models of digital economy

There is proposed a series of models for information and communication infrastructure of digital economy, built on the basis of the implementation of a technology of statistical analysis of non-equidistant time series. The models are intended for implementation of software systems and situational centers for monitoring, control, forecasting and management in various problem domains. The paper summarizes an experience of developing automated research systems and software applications for management in transport logistics, social systems and safety control at research and development enterprises. Research results can be used for automated decision-making support in digital social and economic systems. The proposed models of a virtual intermediary operator, infrastructural return, risk-crawler and profit-crawler can be useful to developers and engineers of modern information and communication technologies under the framework of the development of digital economy in Russia.
