The conditions were studied to slow down the corrosion of carbon steel in the presence of hydrogen sulfide in a mineralized medium with compositions M-1 and M-2, which exhibit a bactericidal effect on sulphate-reducing bacteria and reduce the flow of hydrogen diffusion through the steel membrane in Postgate inoculated medium.
