As the core element of the information society

The rapid development of democratization processes in the social system of Western European states has resulted in a qualitative change in relations within the information society. Requirements for equality and minimization of separation between people according to individual characteristics entail the development of inclusive processes focused on the unity of society. Inclusion, as the main vector of the development of the information society, is one of the fundamental types of relationships and interactions within society, which has a tendency to unite people from different population groups and the unity of joint life. Inclusive ideas of the present time are not an achievement of modern society, as indicated by their distant origins and demands for development in the context of world events. Modern inclusion is a set of ideas formed over a long period. The opportunities available to the current generation allow us to talk about the cultural-ideological, ethical, worldview, economic and political readiness of society to implement the ideas and principles of inclusion. Every person, regardless of their individual characteristics or limited capabilities, has the full right to participate in all spheres of life. The impact of inclusion is reflected in the creation of special facilities aimed at meeting special individual needs, taking into account individual capabilities.
