The article deals with the implementation of the principle of accessibility in education, as well as practical skills of introducing inclusive education on the example of organizing the process of teaching students with disabilities and preparing them for participation in the Abilimpiks Championship at the Chelyabinsk State College of the Industry of Food and Commerce. The main criteria and directions of vocational training in the field of inclusive education are identified.
