Accessibility to goods and services in various industries has recently become one of the main indicators of sustainable development. The sustainable development of an individual is ultimately linked to the sustainable development of the city, which, in turn, are considered as natural ecosystems transformed by human influence. The main task of the state in such conditions is to ensure regulatory, organizational and infrastructural provisions that create prerequisites for the development of cities of the future.
