Innovations of public service in Moscow

The article is devoted to innovative approaches in the organization of the Moscow civil service, including the digitalization of processes and the introduction of advanced technologies. The development of electronic public services is being considered through the portal, which has been leading the Russian quality rating for the fourth year in a row, providing access to 400+ services, including an electronic diary and a medical record. The use of VR simulators for employee training and a unified biometric system that simplifies access to services was noted. In conclusion, Moscow's role as a leader in the HSE GCII 2024 ranking is highlighted, where the city took 9th place due to the synergy of technology, creative industries and infrastructure.
