Innovation as a factor of sustainable development of the region

The active transition of the world community to an innovative type of economy, in which a large part of the gross domestic product supplied to the production and sale of high-tech products, brings new interest for the sustainable development of the state, regions and enterprises through the introduction of innovations. The study also considers three levels of sustainable development: sustainable development of the state, sustainable development of regions and sustainable development of enterprises. Innovation can solve problems at each of these levels. The effects of the development, implementation and use of innovations, economic, environmental and social measures at different levels are presented. The increase in environmental problems, the consequences of natural and man-made disasters.
