Features of automated management of process of centralized heat supply in the arranged complex of buildings are considered, and also on the basis of simulation modeling and experimental data variants of possible fractional redistribution of the heat-carrier between objects of buildings complex at the decentral-ized heat supply, resulting as a whole to lowering economic efficiency of automated management are dis-played.
