Innovation is a form of management states and organizations

The article considers the main conditions for stable growth of the economies of countries that pay great attention to the development of innovative areas, in which innovation has a huge impact on the economic structure of production that stabilizes the social situation. An urgent task at the stage of modern development is the formation of a national innovation system engaged in the introduction and application of modern innovative technologies. As a result of the analysis of the necessary conditions for the formation of innovative systems, we conclude that the mandatory transition to a more modern level of socio-economic development of the state, that is, a change in the priority of raw materials industries engaged in the extraction and primary processing of raw materials, to direct production of goods that have increased demand using new economic-innovative knowledge.
