Innovations: present and future of the Russian commercial seaports

The article deals with innovative decisions in management of the transportation in the Russian commercial seaports. The author discusses its strong and weak points, defines the basic aspects to be considered when implementing the innovations in the sea transportation. The special attention is paid to the lack of the unified conception of the sea transportation computerization in the Russian Federation.
