Innovation activity in agrarian and industrial complex of Krasnoyarsk region

The development of innovative activity is a topical direction of devel- opment in the Russian Federation. But Krasnoyarsk region is one of a few regions of Russia where there are almost all conditions for active develop- ment of the innovation sphere at the moment. Central link of modern Rus- sian agricultural and industrial sector (AIS), agriculture is at the periphery of scientific and technological progress, often deprived not only of the sources for simple reproduction, but also sources to cover production costs. The aim of this work is to find the ways of overcoming the backwardness of the Russian economy by considering modernization of agriculture, innova- tion management, towards an integrated system of efficient decision- making with the aim of obtaining new competitive advantages both at the level of the products and industries as a whole. The significant recent growth of information flows and high-tech industries, vertical and horizon- tal integration, new directions in business require the perfection of models and mechanisms for management of innovation projects in industries, risks, attractiveness, and institutional content. These directions are discussed in the article in detail. As a result of analysis one can come to the conclusion that the interaction between technical-technological and organizational- economic directions of innovative development may move forward on the path of modernization of AIC.
