Innovation activity of oil-production enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan

Trends of world-economic development show that innovation activity is the prime factor of economic growth. In spite of positive shifts in Russian environment of innovation, funding of R&D in oil-refining area lags far behind the world economy. Thus it's actual to studystate of innovation activity in Russian oil-refining companies, including PJSC «Tatneft», which is a flagship of oil sector in Tatarstan.
