In the article the author analyzes the principles of management of investment and innovative activity in the sphere of agriculture in the city of Krasnodar, as well as the evaluation of the development of investment strategies, adequate to the current state of socio-economic development of the territorial socio-economic system. Presented by the author's vision of the main benefits of the investment and innovation in the agricultural sector of the economy of the city Krasnodar, both for investors and for the municipal system of agriculture in general. role was disclosed, the nature and importance of innovation and investment in the development of the agro-industrial complex of Krasnodar city municipal services.
