Innovation infrastructure of the northern territories

The evaluation of the innovation infrastructure development in the northern territories of Russia. The analysis showed significant differentiation options by region, with the "spread" between the polar value is 6 times. It was determined that the development of the northern territories, except for the Arkhangelsk Region, in accordance with the Lorentz factor above the average for Russia. Revealed negative correlation between the integral indicators of innovation infrastructure and socio-economic development of the northern territories.
