EU innovative politics: theoretical & legal aspect of technopark and technopolis activities

Parcularities of the ЕU innovative system are discussed in the article. Economic legal and institution activity of technoparks in the ЕU countries-members is analysed. Possibilities to increase collaboration for technopark and technopolis activity into the ЕU countries-members are shown. Innovative activity in the ЕU is not maximally effective and can not exemplify for a recreation for the CIS countries over the large expenses on science and technology development. East-Asian technopark experience, in particular Chinese, is interesting for the CIS countries with their high intellectual potention. Authors' position on technopark models to using in the CIS countries is recounted.
