Innovation strategy of the Novosibirsk region

A regional innovation system, consisting of enterprises, universities, research institutes, intermediaries and local authorities, concentrated in a separate territory, acts as the basis for national competitiveness, allows for the building of a full-fledged innovation process and the dissemination of technological innovations, the result of its activities is new knowledge, competencies and products. The article analyzes the state of strategic management of the regional innovation system formed in the Novosibirsk region. The work highlights the innovative industries of the region under study; the main documents regulating innovative development were reviewed; the results of achieving the set strategic goal in the development of regional innovations were studied; the infrastructure, main activities and measures to support innovation activities have been identified.
