Innovative strategy of territorial distribution of economic resources of a vertically integrated company

Based on the analysis, it is concluded that an innovative development strategy is necessary for a large vertically integrated company. The analysis of the impact of vertically integrated companies on the level of sustainable development of the territory is carried out. The article presents a systematization of factors ranked by levels of sustainability within the external business environment of a vertically integrated company. The main features of the innovation strategy within the framework of sustainable development are highlighted. The analysis of investment directions of Rosneft as one of the largest vertically integrated companies is carried out. A mechanism for calculating the proportional distribution of investments within the companies included in the VIC, taking into account the environmental factor, is proposed. The innovative strategy of territorial distribution of investments in environmental innovations of VIC - strategy of safe impact is offered. It is shown that companies with vertical integration have the opportunity to reduce the cost of the final product, significant cost savings due to direct management of all production chains. It is concluded that investment companies should directly depend on the level of adverse impact on the environment, and the current status of the ecosystem areas of functioning of industrial object.
