The innovative direction of supramolecular polysaccharides application in veterinary medicine

The article analyses characteristic etiopathoge-netic peculiarities of diffusion and existence of ga-strointestinal diseases of newborn calves taking into account predisposing and contributing factors of the anthropogenic risk of the region. Production and economic indicators of modern animal husban-dry in force distinctive diversity of its input depen-dencies from other underlying economic sectors at federal and regional levels, increased sensitivity to the quality and completeness of the financial, legal, scientific support and management are complex resultative expression efficiency, balance, and in-novation receptivity of the entire socio-economic system and stabilization of the agro-industrial com-plex. An important direction in addressing of food security in Russia remains the reduction of morbidi-ty and death of young calves, receiving and grow-ing healthy productive offspring animal. However, in practice the present complex environmental, tech-nological, zoo hygienic, veterinary and sanitary so-lutions for the maintenance and feeding of pregnant cows-mothers in the dry period, calving, rearing of calves in milk period, inopportuneness of carrying out specific therapeutic and preventive measures do not provide newborn calves with a high level of metabolism and immune resistance. A wide and uncontrolled use of antibacterial drugs has led to a decrease in their therapeutic efficacy, to an accu-mulation in the environment and the organism of calves of antibiotic-resistant strains and is the cause of allergic reactions to these drugs in ani-mals and humans. Such circumstances are the main reason of insufficiently high efficiency of commercial vaccines and autovaccine, as well as traditionally carried out etiotropic therapy of dis-eased calves. In these studies we have shown promising innovative directions for the development of new technologies, supramolecular sys-tems/systems for producing highly effective sub-stances of medicines against infectious diseases.
