The article outlines the basic research hypothesis concerning with the energizing of innovative development processes of the Russian economy. The state interest in priority areas of innovative researches should be combined with the market mechanisms of supply and demand. Otherwise the efficiency of innovations can only be spoken of in the context of superfluous optimism. Innovations can play an essential role in the economy development under conditions of, firstly, reliability and, secondly, availability. Thus, the innovations should become not exotic, but available (including reasonable price) product.
