The article discusses theoretical approaches to innovative entrepreneurship. Definitions of the innovation sphere and innovations are presented, the components of the innovation process are considered. The main features of innovative entrepreneurship are highlighted. Based on the analysis of definitions of innovative entrepreneurship in the scientific literature, a new definition of the concept was formulated.
