Innovational development and environmental security of the oil and gas industry of Russia

The article deals with issues of environmental security intensification, accident risk reduction and improvement of the efficient use of the national gas and oil pipelines by means of more wide application of the innovation material for manufacturing the pipelines for transmission of gas, petroleum and refinement products. The author raises a question of building a cluster of composite materials in the Perm Territory.
