Innovative development of infrastructure as a factor of economic growth

The article examines current trends in the development of energy systems in the world, forcing Russian electric power companies to look for new ways of corporate and technological management of innovative processes that contribute to energy efficiency, reduce operating and investment costs, improve the quality of electricity, the availability of services for the technological connection of consumers and the transmission of electric energy. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the development of tools for assessing the choice of methods for financing projects for the introduction of technological innovations in the energy sector is not enough, the use of foreign financing methods is carried out without taking into account the specifics of the Russian market.The authors' correlation and regression analysis of factors related to innovation activity that affect economic growth showed a close statistical relationship between gross domestic expenditure on RD costs of technological innovations in industrial production; shares of innovative goods, works, services in the total volume of shipped goods, performed works, services of organizations providing electric energy, gas and steam; receipts of taxes and fees to the budget system of the Russian Federation by type of economic activity “Provision of electricity, gas and steam”; the share of industrial production organizations that carried out technological innovations (production of electrical equipment, provision of electrical energy, gas and steam) with the value of gross domestic product.
