Innovative development of rural territories in Russia in modern conditions

The sanctions imposed by the West have greatly complicated the economic situation in Russia. However, the development of rural areas, at a relatively low cost compared to other industries, can give impetus to the growth of exports of their organic agricultural products. Russia has great potential with its huge land resources and effective human potential. In order to implement this program it is necessary to deploy the construction of industrial and housing complexes (PZhK) using pre-fabricated technologies “Elevit” and “Demeter” which can lead to the accelerated development of small farms for domestic production for export purposes. At the same time it should contribute to the decrease of social tension in small towns and rural area, which have been quietly dissolving for the last 25-30 years due to population rural to cities migration. In addition, this program will attract young people from the graduates of agricultural universities and colleges to the countryside. Favorable conditions for their living and working will be provided by PZhK. They include residential buildings and industrial premises, provided with modern technologies for living and production. For this purpose, a future development control center (CUBR) of a village, district, region is being created, which provides PZhK with innovative technologies for the production, processing and storage of agricultural products, as well as the marketing of their products domestically and abroad. The cooperation between the CUBR and farms is based on the principles of mutual economic interest. Due to the world’s upcoming food shortage, the implementation of the proposed program for the development of rural areas will raise the prestige of Russia, despite the sanctions imposed, as a country capable of reducing the threat of food shortages in Europe and other world’s countries.
