Innovative development of the educational system of medical personnel on the basis of public-private partnership

This paper examines the main areas of partnership between public health institutions and private Russian companies, as a promising direction for the innovative development of the training system for medical personnel. The study identified the main problems of using such a partnership in this industry and proposed a step-by-step algorithm for the implementation of measures to resolve them. The algorithm presupposes combining the efforts of state executive authorities and representatives of the private sector of the domestic economy, through the conclusion of agreements on public-private partnership between them. The study revealed ways to determine the specific conditions of such an agreement satisfying all parties.
