Innovative development of territorial social and economic systems based on state-private partnership

The relevance of the research topic is conditioned by the need to unite the efforts of representatives of the scientific community, private capital and public authorities for the development of socio-economic systems. The aim of the work is to identify promising directions for the development of the innovation sphere of the economy in such systems. The result of the work was the step-by-step algorithm proposed by the author for the innovative development of such a socio-economic system as the Republic of Bashkortostan on the basis of public-private partnership in the innovation sphere.
