Innovative solution to the problem of sustainable development of rural territories in Russia

The article is devoted to the problem of sustainable development of rural areas based on the introduction of innovative technologies in various areas of small business. This primarily applies to the agricultural production of environmentally friendly products and their sale both within the country and for export. The need for it increases in the world every year. To do this, it is necessary to build, first of all, industrial and residential complexes (PZhK) to attract families of young professionals. At the initial stage, the state must create conditions for subsidizing such construction using, for example, mortgages or preferential financing. At the next stage, having mastered innovative technologies that significantly increase labor productivity through the introduction of robotization and the digital economy, increase the export of your products and move to self-sufficiency and self-development. This will increase Russia’s GDP. It also becomes possible to allocate funds for the development of rural social, road and other infrastructure facilities. However, this requires joint efforts of the state, science, business, local authorities, as well as public organizations of these territories. The implementation of the planned program will make it possible to bring rural areas to an average and then a high level in terms of the quality of life of its population.
