Innovative business technologies and features of business process optimization

The article is devoted to the disclosure of the essence of innovative business technologies in an accessible language. It is often difficult for novice researchers to understand even the differences between the concepts of "business technology" and "business processes". Business technology reflects the ways, means and rules of doing a particular business. Innovative business technology is a special business rules, compliance with which guarantees a leap improvement in business performance. In the bulk of the currently functioning business processes, business technologies have been introduced, which have almost exhausted their resource. The development and implementation of innovative business technologies is one of the few ways to respond to the challenges of our time. The article also discusses optimization methods used in the development of new business technologies. The functioning of the business process is not amenable to formalization, which is why it is impossible to build its mathematical model. In practice, optimization of business processes is reduced to improving business performance indicators.
