This article describes the innovative methods of arrangement of social services for the elderly citizens who have infringement of health with a persistent functional disorder of organism, caused by diseases, consequences of injuries or defects, leading to restriction of vital activity and causing a necessity of their social protection in the form of comprehensive rehabilitation.
