Innovational directions of the perfection of the system of physical upbringing of preschool and junior schoo-laged children

Results of lasting many years researches dealing with the problem of the perfection of many-levelled structure of the system of education of Russian Federation have been revealed in the paper. These researches were held by experts of the Kuban state university of physical education sport, and tourism and touched upon the questions of the increasing the effectiveness of the physical educational process in preschool educational institutions and junior forms of secondary comprehensive schools.
