Innovative foundations of sustainable economic development

In order to activate innovative entrepreneurship, corresponding conditions must be created, by the state in the first place. The authors outline the trends and methods of state support of innovative entrepreneurship in Russia as a basis of sustainable development, results achieved, and define problems and possible directions of sustainable economic growth.
