The active implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) mechanisms in the field of personnel management helps to accelerate routine operations and make more accurate decisions. The study examines how machine learning and neural network algorithms can be used to automate recruitment, analyze personnel data, evaluate effectiveness, and organize personalized training programs. EdTech elements are becoming widespread due to adaptive learning trajectories and simulation capabilities that increase employee motivation and allow them to practice skills in a virtual environment without risks to business. The corporate sector is already demonstrating successful examples of AI integration: Rostelecom, X5 Group, and Lukoil have optimized job closing times, reduced recruiting costs, and expanded access to relevant educational resources. The development of generative models (GPT-4 and similar) contributes to the emergence of content that is practically indistinguishable from human-made content. Analytical tools based on big data are increasingly being used to predict staff turnover, plan careers, and assess the organizational climate. The analysis is based on several theoretical approaches, including Diffusion of Innovation (Rogers), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM),Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Task-Technology Fit Model (TTF), and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The models help identify key factors influencing the introduction and adoption of intelligent technologies, as well as potential barriers related to staff distrust and the complexity of processing large amounts of data. A methodology for evaluating results is considered, which includes quantitative and qualitative criteria, ROI, and social performance indicators. The study concludes that an integrated approach is needed: a combination of technological readiness, competent communication and measures to increase confidence in AI solutions guarantees the achievement of positive results in HR practices.
