Innovative approaches to wastewater treatment: application of modern technologies for environmental protection

The article studies modern approaches to wastewater treatment in order to reduce their negative impact on the environment. Membrane processes, biological treatment methods, advanced oxidation methods and the use of nanomaterials are considered. Particular attention is paid to the processing and reuse of wastewater as an element of rational water use. The main advantages of implementing these technologies are described.
