The article discusses modern innovative approaches to managing wholesale organizations in the context of digital transformation of the economy. It analyzes key technologies, including the digitalization of business processes, the implementation of ERP, CRM, and WMS management systems, and the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies for demand forecasting. Special attention is given to the role of warehouse automation, IoT, and blockchain technologies in improving the efficiency of supply chain management. The article proposes an author's approach called "Adaptive Integrative Management," which combines digital technologies with flexible organizational structures. The research results show that the comprehensive implementation of innovative technologies allows wholesale companies to increase operational efficiency by 15-30% and significantly improve customer service.
