Innovative trends in choir performance standard of the XX and XXI centuries

The paper considered modernization of choral performance art of the XX - XXI centuries. The study examined the main trends in the innovative approaches to melodics, texture and performing techniques in choral music. The major periods of global innovations incurred to choral performance art in Russia and Belarus have been revealed. Nowadays, an interest in choral music has been noted to arouse significantly, and a great desire to revive and popularize choral performance has been shown in the XXI century. However, one could hardly determine any explicit innovation globally spread for this form of art. One could simply talk about some development and innovative revival that have occurred to in the XX century.
