Innovative solutions of development problems of regional machine-building complex in conditions of market transformation

The article presents the analysis of innovative solutions of the development problems of regional machine-building complex in the conditions of market transformation. It is shown that the hypertrophy of the vertical integration of the Soviet machine-building was the main reason of its low efficiency in market conditions. The basic contradictions of restructuring Russian machine-building enterprises on the example of the Republic of Karelia are given. The pattern of disintegration and integration strategies to ensure the efficient transformation of forestry enterprises of mechanical engineering is shown. It is concluded of the expediency of integration of forest industry cluster and potential cluster of forest machine-building of Karelia.
