The growth of this problem is mainly due to unsustainable consumption and production, which leads to serious socio-economic crises and threatens life on this planet. Digital technologies are beginning to change the usual foundations of business turnover within the global economy as a whole. These trends can be fully observed in the field of warehousing and transport and logistics services. The relevance of this article lies in the consideration of the innovation of existing innovative technologies in the IT field and the presentation of the innovative interaction between the organization and management of the activities of an enterprise for the transportation of goods using the "Intelligent Supply Chain" in terms of service directly online with all the personnel involved in the technological process.
