Innovative technologies of product quality management at mechanical engineering enterprises

The article discusses innovative technologies of product quality management at machine-building enterprises. It is established that in the near future, machine-building enterprises will operate in the conditions of a new knowledge economy due to the insufficient effectiveness of traditional management methods. It was found out that there is a need to develop methodological approaches that would help domestic machine-building enterprises to carry out the necessary transformations. First of all, it is necessary to further improve the management system of mechanical engineering enterprises based on the principles and quality criteria laid down in the ISO 9000 standards, the formation of integrated management systems that meet the requirements of several standards, increasing the level of harmonization of national standards with international ones. It is proved that general quality management (TQM) is a concept that assumes purposeful quality management with the participation of employees at all levels, subject to mutual use of the technical capabilities of the machine-building enterprise. It was found out that TQM can pursue the following goals: orientation of the machine-building enterprise to the possibility of satisfying potential customer requests; improving the quality of machine-building products; optimal use of all the resources of the machine-building enterprise. It is established that the main mechanism for the implementation of TQM are the international standards ISO 9000, which contain requirements for a quality management system.
