The article considers innovative technologies based on spectral methods for studying the object of study. The possibilities of using spectral methods in planning investment and construction activities to create the most effective system for the development of the country’s socio-economic indicators are analyzed. The results of the use of spectral methods, which make it possible to form effective management decisions for the development of socio-economic structures, are studied. A diagram of the structure and interaction of the constituent elements of an acousto-optic spectral device, the principle of operation of an acousto-optic filter, which is part of the spectral device, are presented and studied. Innovative spectral developments allowing to study the soil and materials for the construction of buildings and structures are analyzed. The optical schemes of acousto-optical spectrometers are considered, the main conditions for their possible application in the construction industry are identified. The methods of innovative modeling based on the spectral recognition of an object are considered, which allow determining not only its volume, structure, but also the level of harmful substances contained in its elements. The software of such devices allows you to combine the functions of managing, collecting and processing data received from the camera, and also display the results.
